All content, features, and functionality on this platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Puppy Pets and its licensors and are protected by Colombian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Trademarks
The "Puppy Pets" name, the Puppy Pets logo, the paw print icon, "PuppyBnB", and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Puppy Pets or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Puppy Pets.
Platform Content
The following platform features and their associated intellectual property are protected:
- Live Camera System — The proprietary live streaming technology for pet monitoring during hosting stays.
- GPS Tracking — The real-time GPS tracking interface, mapping visualizations, and location algorithms.
- PetZones — The community-driven PetZone mapping concept, zone data, and associated user interface designs.
- Marketplace — The pet services marketplace interface, rating systems, and matching algorithms.
- Hosting Platform — The pet hosting booking system, trust verification process, and host/guest interfaces.
User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform (photos, reviews, pet profiles, etc.). However, by submitting content, you grant Puppy Pets a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
You may access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the platform without prior written consent.
- Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on platform content.
- Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information.
- Use the Puppy Pets name or trademarks as metatags or hidden text.
Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
If you believe that any content on the Puppy Pets platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the platform.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
